Patent License Agreement

This Patent License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), effective as of [date], is made between [Licensor's Name], with its principal place of business at [address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), and [Licensee's Name], with its principal place of business at [address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee").

1. Grant of License:
